Recurrent Ai – Terms & Conditions

An intelligence module of the Recurrent platform, operated by Current Finance Limited.

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Recurrent AI, an intelligence module within the Recurrent platform developed and operated by Current Finance Limited. By accessing or using Recurrent AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

Recurrent AI provides property valuation and market insight services powered by artificial intelligence, statistical models, and aggregated data. The service is intended to support decision-making but is not a substitute for professional financial, legal, valuation, or investment advice.

2. Nature of Service

  • Recurrent AI provides estimates of property values (sales, rental, STR) and market insights based on data and algorithms.
  • Outputs are indicative only and do not constitute certified valuations, appraisals, or professional guidance.
  • The service is experimental and continuously evolving. Performance and accuracy may vary depending on the property type, availability of comparable data, and market conditions.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Provide information that is accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
  • Independently verify outputs before relying on them for financial or legal commitments.
  • Do not use Recurrent AI to misrepresent property values, commit fraud, or breach applicable laws.
  • You are solely responsible for any commitments made based on outputs generated by the service.

4. Data Usage

  • User inputs (e.g., property descriptions, locations, attributes) are used to generate outputs.
  • Recurrent may anonymise and aggregate user data to improve models and enhance service quality.
  • Recurrent will not disclose identifiable user data to third parties, except as required by law or with user consent.
  • Users agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse Recurrent AI outputs.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All algorithms, models, datasets, and related technology are the exclusive property of Current Finance Limited.
  • Users may use outputs for personal or business purposes but may not resell or commercialise them as a standalone product.
  • The Recurrent AI name, logo, and branding are protected trademarks of Current Finance Limited.

6. Limitations of Liability

  • No Warranty of Accuracy. Recurrent AI outputs are estimates only. Current Finance Limited makes no guarantee that values or insights are accurate, complete, current, or reflective of actual market transactions.

    No Professional Advice. The service does not constitute financial, legal, valuation, or investment advice. Seek independent professional counsel before making significant decisions.

    Assumption of Risk. You acknowledge that reliance on AI-generated outputs carries inherent risks. Actual market conditions, buyer behaviour, and other external factors may differ materially from estimates.

    Limitation of Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Current Finance Limited shall not be liable for (i) direct or indirect financial losses (including lost profits, rental income, or sales proceeds); (ii) business interruption, reputational harm, or opportunity costs; (iii) errors, omissions, delays, or interruptions in service availability.

    Liability Cap. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability shall be limited to the fees you paid for access to Recurrent AI in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

    Third‑Party Integrations. Current Finance Limited is not responsible for inaccuracies or disruptions caused by third‑party data sources, APIs, or service providers integrated with
